“ Thank you to the whole team for hosting our wonderful dinner at your stunning farm. From the moment we walked in, our group of 12 was welcomed in warmly. Everyone put time and attention into describing each of our dishes and beverages. We felt at home the entire time, and particularly enjoyed the family style plating at our communal table. Do yourself a favor and book a meal here the next time you are in the Tremblant area! ”
“ A truly outstanding experience, beautiful surroundings, warm and welcoming service, an exceptionally flavorful menu crafted with ingredients sourced directly from the farm, and a superb wine selection thoughtfully paired with each dish. ”
“ A short drive from Lac Tremblant, this farm to table restaurant is simply SUPERB. Restaurant is based on a 600 acre farm with virtually all vegetables and herbs grown onsite and proteins sourced locally. Our sampling menu was highlighted by the spring roll (cabbage and carrots, vinegar jelly, homemade rice wrapper), trout tartare (cilantro cream cheese, pickled pumpkin), mapo tofu and pork w/fresh focaccia, and bison tartare with smashed potatoes. Better than Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve tried in NYC! ”
“ A stunning farm to table spot. We were able to sit at the bar to watch and chat with the chefs which was awesome. You can order off the menu but on the recommendation of the server we ordered all 9 dishes to split which I guess made it like a tasting menu. Everything was prepared with utmost care. Some of the dishes like the cabbage wrapped in a kimchi pancake and the duck hearts were real stand outs. There was no wine pairing so we ordered cocktails and some wine by the glass (it may have been good to have a pairing flight for everything although I understand that since this isn't a tasting menu that might be hard). The only dish that fell a little short for me was the dessert which was a beet ginger cake that seemed a little dry but maybe it just wasn't to my liking. Would love to return again in the future - the place was fantastic! ”
“ This place is utterly charming and the food was unbelievably delicious. I wish I could give them more than five stars. BRING YOUR APPETITE!! The plates are small but you get to select a few to share, tapas style, so you can try almost everything. ”
“ While Maison de Soma is among the very best restaurants of the Tremblant area, it is absolutely unique in its formula, food, ambiance and setting. Now in its second year of operation, Maison de Soma is the perfect balance between farm-to-table gastronomy, a relaxed atmosphere and professional service. An absolute must go-to destination, especially if you are visiting from abroad. If you have only one great meal in Tremblant, this is the place to go. ”
“ We traveled to Mont Tremblant from the eastern US with four other families to ski over our Spring Break. We discovered Maison de Soma after researching options for a dinner out for the parents (arranged babysitting at the hotel) and booked for a group of 8. This booking was for a tasting menu experience. We arrived to discover an amazingly charming and brilliant structure with traditional farm house vibes yet modern touches. We were welcomed by the owner who was on the front porch with his family enjoying a spectacular sunset. We were then led into the dining room with an open kitchen concept that was perfectly appointed and had a killer view across the farm to the setting sun. The servers were kind, prompt, informed and were able to recommend some very interesting wines which paired with the multiple courses of the tasting menu. The Food - absolutely some of the most inventive, interesting and delicious food that we as a group have ever enjoyed. Each plate somehow complemented and expanded on the previous. Every ingredient was from the farm (or neighboring farms) and really ran the culinary spectrum in preparation, flavor and taste. The Vibe - could not have been more perfect. As the restaurant filled with patrons the atmosphere continued to enhance and complement the wonderful meal we were enjoying. The setting sun, the open kitchen, the exposed beams, the clean white walls all combined into a near perfect dining experience. The Cost - expensive but no more than one would reasonably expect for that experience and significantly more affordable than such a meal in NYC, Boston, Philadelphia etc. Summary - if you are in the Mont Tremblant area and really appreciate incredible dining, it would be an utter shame to miss this experience. We cannot wait to return and will definitely be visiting again as it would be worth the trip just for another meal at this amazing destination! ”
“ Five stars all around. Can’t miss with the tasting menu, so happy we decided to try it and pleasantly surprised by our favorite dishes vs. what we thought we would have ordered- although everything was spectacular. Staff truly care about service, product and customer experience and it showed throughout the night. Perfect ending to our tremblant vacation ! ”
